According to this it should be able to:
http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?i=spec_cuba&pi=platform_amadeus_imedia
Note it says:
CPU Support
* Intel Celeron D 3xx and 4xx models
* Intel Pentium 4 5xx and 6xx models
* Intel Pentium D 8xx and 9xx models
* Intel Core 2 Duo models with LGA775
* 533 / 800 / 1066 MHz FSB
All LGA 775 processors are 64 bit.

Yes it will, the socket is 775 and the FSB is 1066, so you are good to go.
That is one nice thing that i like about Intel is that they do not change their sockets “left and right” like the other guys.
Here is another one to consider that will work with your board as well:
Intel Core2 Duo E7500 – Similar price but L2 Cache is 3MB not 2MB like the E6300
Don’t forget to clean the old thermal paste and apply the new when installing. Although most Intel chips come with a pre-applied paste on the heat sink fan, I find some Arctic Silver goes a-long way towards reducing the temps.
