Can’t connected to the internet with new laptop.?

I just bought the MSI Wind U100 netbook and I’m already having problems with it…
I tried to connect to my router (Uses WPA-PSK) and it says it works fine but when I try to get online it fails. I looked at the properties and the Default Gateway isn’t showing up. I turned off the firewall but it still doesn’t work. Help!
I do have a password on my router, I tried resetting the router but it still doesn’t work on my netbook, it works fine on my itouch though.

    Do you have a password on your router? Try turning the router and modem off for 10 seconds and this should solve the problem. Works for me all the time!

    Have you installed drivers?
