Which model MSI is it? Does it have a wireless card in it? If it does have one you can try the following:

    1) You can go to START—–CONTROL PANEL—-NETWORK CONNECTIONS to take a look if the wireless card has been disabled in Windows. If it has been disabled, right click on it, and click on ENABLE.

    2) Alternatively you should see the little wireless icon above or on one of your keys on the keypad, which would mean you need to hold down the FN key (marked as FN), and then press the key with the wireless icon above or on it.

    3) There might also be a small button above the keypad with a small wireless icon next to it that you can press to enable the wireless card.

    4) The switch might be on the side of the laptop somewhere, once again acompanied by a small wireless icon next to it.
