I need help Silent Installing the latest version of Google Earth.?

I have been able to extract the MSI and can run it with only 1 problem. That problem being at the end of the of the install the Installshield wizard has 3 options already checked: usage statistics, Launch Google Earth, Install Google Toolbar. I want all of these OFF. I have dug around in the MSI file and found several entries but no luck on making them work. Has anyone out there been able to get this to work. I wouldn’t even mind using the native installer but the Install shield flags don’t work anymore for some reason using
Setup.exe /r /f1c:\test.iss

    Hello I can help with that
    you will see a symbols of a tool at the end of your Google browser next to sign in”Option’ click the arrow down and uninstall Google .A page will open telling you why you want to uninstall Google fill it out and it will be remove.
