Seems like you need to load either a Driver, or setup your USB port properly.
Do you have security software on your USB ? It may be trying to read that ?

May be your driver is corrupted. Download the driver and install it.

win98SE computers need a driver for USB devices… any newer OS doesn’t.
If you got win98SE, install the driver from the CD that came with your stick… or download it from wherever the datasheet that came with your stick says.

There is definitely a driver (program file) missing from your system. MSI.exe is the MicroSoft Installer program, that Microsoft uses to install these programs. I’d search the microsoft web pages (http://www.microsoft.com) and find out what MSI program you need, download and install it. On that page you should be able to determine which msi.exe is needed by choosing your operating system (windows, windows 98, windows 2000, etc.), and go from there.
Good luck!
