Hi Everyone
I am getting an error every time I try to execute Excel.
Error – Microsoft Office XP with FrontPage
The Feature you are trying to use is on a network resource which is unavailable. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package proplus.msi.
I never use FrontPage and currently the only time I can actually open Excel is when I keep the Microsoft message box open and click on the same Shortcut. Also Office XP was installed from the original CDs and not over a network.
I have a operating system CD (MSFT Windows XP professional SP2) that is not helping

I get this error everytime i try to install any .MSI files. I tried all the /regserver stuff… what should i do to fix this problem.???
Thankyou!

Hi.
I have a problem with my website – Some download managers rename the extension file of my .msi installer to an .exe, making the installation unusable.
So, I got a suggestion that I should change the “content-type parameter” of my file to “application/octet-stream” or “application/x-msi”.
Does anyone know how to do this and where?

How do I make my setup project (after I build it) to run a batch file after the install of the deployed project completes? As in, if I give the created msi file to a user, they double click it, run through the install, and after it’s done, runs a batch file? Thanks!

I need some help. We’re having a heck of a time creating an MSI file from a print driver. The driver is an Adobe file that will not install correctly after the .bat file is executed.
I need to deploy this install file accrossed an enterprise and we cant get it to work right.
Does anyone have any experience creating an MSI file for a print driver? We’re stumped.
