I’m a hardcore WoW Player (Don’t hate, appreciate). And lately i’ve been getting really crappy framerates and latency. Are there anyways i can focus the computing power of my computer to focusing on WoW as the top priority?
Specs:
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.6Ghz processor.
2x 9600 GTs video cards.
2Gb DDR2 RAM.
MSI P6N Diamond Motherboard.
I’m going to be upgrading my RAM to either 3Gb or 4Gb soon, so that should help a LOT. But is there any way i can use a program, or edit BIOS or w/e to improve performance. Thanks a bunch in advance.
I do have wireless internet, but i also have a direct connection from my modem to my PC.
And right now i get about…20-30 FPS, and usually running 400-500 LAT. How do i make my wireless internet private (Cause if thats the case, i want to stop that).
And there should be a way to make WoW The priority for performance.
