I’m running XP on an older laptop right now, but I’d like to test the capabilities of the current build of Windows 7. If it functions like I hope it does, I’m going to install it on my MSi Wind. But I have a problem: I don’t have a Disk Drive to use or a Flash Drive big enough to install Windows 7 from. Is there anyway I could somehow mount the Windows 7 ISO from another partition on my HDD to install? I read a way to do it with OSX, but I’ve had no luck with a MS solution. Please help!

why can’t microsoft office install the speech program?

i got microsoft office professional 2003 from a website(for free) and when it installs,it installs it ok.so when i open microsoft word office and click speech it says that the speech recognition files are not installed.so i click install,then after like half way it says ‘the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”.”click ok to try again,or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package pro11.msi’,so it gives me a source and then i click ok and then it says the source cannot be found.so whats the problem? please help me

I had itunes originally I clicked to update to a newer version now it says that error and I dont have itunes at all.

i downloaded guitarhero 3 pc last night through uTorrent that contains two files .mdf and .mds. using isobuster i managed to extract the two files and got it into another format thats like any other legit game
directx9 – file
Support – file
autorun – .inf
AWL.dll
Cab – zipped
Cab1 – zipped
Cab2 – zipped
Guitar Hero III – .msi (windows installer package)
Guitar Hero III Installer – .exe
Setup – .exe
Those are the files i downloaded. I double clicked Guitar Hero III Installer and went through the install wizard. after i clicked finish, nothing happened.
Anyone know how i do this?? How to install and get it running?
Please, a detailed step by step guide would help GREATLY.

when i double click setup.exe
it tells me to insert the correct disc in

What is SymAWebData[1].msi? Norton 360 won’t install.?

Hey guys, i’ve bought Norton 360 just recently and i’m kind of running on a little problem. I can’t install the thing because during the installation, it tells me to find SymAWebData[1].msi. First off, what is that? and two, I have downloaded that file and I give it the path to the installation, yet it tells me it’s not valid. I can’t seem to install my Norton 360 without this stupid thing. So anyone?
yahoo! suite installer error, even on a clean XP install.?

After performing a clean install of XP, and before installing anything else, I downloaded and ran, yahoo messenger 7.5, and every attempt at the install, I get “Yahoo! suite installer has encounted an error and will close”. There is NOTHING wrong with my computer what so ever, (as previous versions of yahoo messenger installed and worked fine, until they came out with the suite installer). The problem is with the installer NOT with the system it’s being installed on. By having different install methods, I.E, wise, or msi, then there’ll be no problems.
Unless Yahoo fix it, by NOT using a suite installer, but an ordinary windows installer, (of which I had no problems with earlier versions), I’ll be using other means of using the Yahoo service, such as GAIM, or switching over to skype, which has a far superior audio and video.

How to get back the missing file “PRO11.msi” to install MS Office 2003??? Pls see details…?

When I try to use Windows Installer, I get these errors:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable.
Then I try to brows and find the missing file: PRO11.MSI, but now it start
looking for a file does not exsist!! (511735.MAINSP1op.msp)
C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511735\511735.MAINSP1op.msp)
Then a new error message:
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it.
PLS help me from where can i get that missing file…
I do not have an Installation CD. Morever I cant buy that
MapleStory doesn’t install?

Every time i click the maplestory shortcut icon on my desktop to start maple story this installation thing comes up saying “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.” Then it says “Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘MapleStory.msi’”. Someone Help and the only way i can play is to un-install then re-install to play but when i shutdown i have to do the same thing again.
what do i do to fix this problem?

but still does the same thing

When it gets to having to choose the partition it doesn’t list It, all it says is “No drives were foundm Click load driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation”.. My Bios sees my hard disk
It’s a FUJITSU MJA2320BH. I also created a new partition that has 293GB and it won’t read it. My laptop doesn’t have an OS so I’m stuck until I can install XP or Vista. Is there another OS that can work? Or is there a way to fix it? Oh I have a MSI X320 Laptop if it helps.
