Get MSI Netbook

I have the msi wind with the 6-cell battery and a Verizon wireless router I know how to open the wifi buy I don’t know what to do next?? HELP

I have an MSI notebook and for some reason software on my netbook cant access the internet to update. Also I can’t use Windows Live Messenger that wont sign in. I have put software into the firewall exceptions list and i can’t find a solution on the net. I am the administrator and have 3 users on my computer including myself. I am also using wireless connection.

I just bought a MSI – Wind Netbook with Intel® Atom™ Processor N270 from Best Buy (Model: U100-641US) and I can’t connect to my wireless network. When I plug into an ethernet cable, it works but the wireless is not working. Please help!!!
I called Customer Service for MSI but they are useless.
