I have a laptop and the brand is msi cr600 and it’s a notebook computer. I try connecting with the laptop with a modem. I did what It say on the Monitor, and I restart it to get internet access. However, I waited patiently saying ”please wait” and It took forever to wait and I can’t take take it anymore. I know it’s not the modem; it’s the laptop can anyone please help I feel too fustrated of this anymore it’s annoying now. =(

Max LAN Speed 10/100/1000Mbps port
but can only connect at 100mbps? why?

I only go from the wall outlet to my cable modem, then cat5e to my pc.

I just dropped my dad’s laptop. It’s the MSI notebook
Nothing looks broken except for the edge, it’s sticking up a little now, but my phone does that do after having been dropeed 1000 times, so i don’t think taht’s the problem
right now, the internet isn’t working on the laptop, and episodes on anilinkz are not loading on this computer. im trying to connect to the wireless network on the laptop and it won’t connect
should i try unplugging the main modem and replugging it in-becuase that’s what i have to do when the internet stops working in the house

Okay, I’ve been having really crappy internet fun recently.
Last week or so, I’d be able to have youtube videos red line thing load up quick and easily, but now they’re going REALLY slow.
Some pages load slowly.
Some videos just randomly freeze.
My internet randomly disconnects.
And my mbps just goes up and down randomly..
I used to have a constant 54mbps, but now it goes from 54mbps to 18 mbps, 48 mbps, 36, and 24. And switches randomly.
I have no idea why, and it’s apparently only happening to my laptop.

my notebook (msi u100) can’t seem to detect the wireless network in my home..my brothers’ and my dad’s laptops (all Macs) can easily get connected, but i can’t..
all it says is “wireless network not available”, what exactly does that mean? because the wireless network is always on in our house…
i used to be able to connect but it suddenly disconnected and i wasn’t able to get back on..
my dad already had the software fixed or something (this had happened once before), but now it’s happened again..
how do i fix this to be able to connect again?

Can someone answer me why 2 different systems running on the same ISP would experience different download speed?
Same ISP
Rig 1. Windows 7 (Desktop) –> Speed test: 15Mbps download
Rig 2. Windows XP (Laptop – MSI u100) –> Speed test: 10Mbps download
I mean i just need the possible answers to this problem.

Hello everyone. I just installed Ubuntu 8.10 intrepid ibex on my MSI Wind U100 and after the first update the the networking seems to shut down. i can’t connect to to wired internet at all and the wireless isn’t even an an option. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

I just bought the MSI Wind U100 netbook and I’m already having problems with it…
I tried to connect to my router (Uses WPA-PSK) and it says it works fine but when I try to get online it fails. I looked at the properties and the Default Gateway isn’t showing up. I turned off the firewall but it still doesn’t work. Help!
I do have a password on my router, I tried resetting the router but it still doesn’t work on my netbook, it works fine on my itouch though.
Is the MSI-X600 fast enough to internet surf and play music at the same time?

Im going to college soon and im thinking of ordering this notebook. I dont want a really slow computer but what i really want is long battery life and the ability to run a couple programs at a time with no lag.
Has anybody ever used it before and what do you think of it.
Why won’t itunes connect to the internet?

i have gotten on the itunes store before, but now it won’t get on… i am using a different connection because i was on a wireless connection at my church and now i am on at home i only use firefox. but i have gotten on before, like i said before.. can anybody help..
BTW i am on a semi-new msi wind netbook
