windows inslaller pops up during my attachments in email and then brings up and error about active sync?

it tells me to find the installation package for microsoft active sync and also to find the installation package pcsetup.msi in a folder from which I can install active sync. Can anyone help me with this?

AiOSoftware box pops up on my icon menu when I start up my computer how do I get rid of it?

This is pretty much exactly what it says(read below) When this pops up I press Ctrl + Alt and the Delete button and click end task to make it go away (thats the only way to stop it…) help?
