Hi there, I have been reviewing some MSI laptops on their website. So, I want some opinion about these laptops which is GX400, GX620 and GX720 because these three received the most award among all laptops by MSI. All of these laptops uses the same graphic card, Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT. Also, if some of you have another opinion, can you pick any gaming laptops by MSI that uses Intel processor and ATI Radeon graphic cards. What do you think about MSI gaming laptops if it is to be compared to ASUS?

i have been getting problems with my flight simulator x.as it finishes to download it says:”error1722.”there is a problem with this windows installer package.”A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.contact your personnel support or package vendor.
after a while it says :”error:-1603 fatal error during installation.
consult windows installer help (msi.chm) or msdn for more information.
personally i haven’t got a clue about anything.if anyone can help me resolve this problem, your help will be apreciated.

I want to Install Microsoft Office 2000 Professional and Office XP Professional automatically in my system. I mean….. When I click Setup.exe or any .MSI file I want to be install the complete installation of office 2000 or XP with out asking the product key, user name and organisation. It is actually happening in Office 2003 by using ORK(Office Resource Kit). But when i am using the ORK of 2000 or XP I am unable to do it correctly. So please help me in installation of Office 2000 and Office XP unattendedly.
Do MSI allow its laptop processors be upgraded? I want to upgrade mine badly for the purpose of gaming.?

My laptop is currently running on an Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 @ 2.10 GHz and 1.87 GB of RAM.. With these, is my graphics card, NVIDIA Geforce 8200MG.. Tell me if these are enough for a gaming PC. If not, I’m hoping that my question will be answered, or at least, suggest me some cool PC games that suits my laptop’s specifications. Thanks!
I want to clean out my TEMP folder, but what is safe to delete?

So, my TEMP folder is loaded with un-needed stuff. I know I can delete all the .tmp files, which I already did, but there’s still alot of stuff in there!
There are folders to games and other apps. which I have installed (The Sims Life Stories, Paint Shop Pro, Animation Shop Pro, Rollercoaster Tycoon 2) and there are pictures there of logos from Yahoo (I assume its from Yahoo Messenger)
I recently downloaded Dreamweaver to just give it a try, but I didn’t really like it, so i uninstalled it, but there’s still a file with the Dreamweaver icon on it (XML file).
There are also ALOT of text files! But I’m unsure if I can delete them. Most of them start with “MSI” (and if I’m not mistaken, there’s a computer brand by that name, but my pc is ASUS)
Some text files are even blank! There are a few applications there aswell, some which I don;t recognize the name or the icon. There are some. DAT files aswell. and MSInfo Document.
What will be okay to delete?
I want to update my SP1 to SP3 but it won’t because I don’t have a PROPLUS.msi file,what should I do?

My computer won’t let me play it . It says this– Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter and have installed latest drivers provided by the manufacturer. The application will now terminate… I put the DirectX 9.0 but it still won’t work. I have a MSI gx630 laptop

I uninstalled some programs that i had recently added so i just used system restore now when it finished it doesn’t want to delete these programs..
they always appear on the “add or remove” programs window
now i keep trying to install iTunes but every time i do when it’s finished downloading it always says that the path “c:\Documents and Settings\Jose Depaz\Local Settings\Application Data\Apple Software Update\iTunes.msi”
cannot be found.. then it says try to find the installation package?
does anyone have any clue to what is wrong?

How do I make my setup project (after I build it) to run a batch file after the install of the deployed project completes? As in, if I give the created msi file to a user, they double click it, run through the install, and after it’s done, runs a batch file? Thanks!
