Have a look at this question and answer as it may help you out. Similar to that question, without any more information it is hard to say, but if you cannot find a solution to the problem, another possiblity is to try the offline download method instead of the online download. There should be a link when you go to download Java from wherever you are doing it. There are 2 types of Java, that is why I could not give you a specific answer on where the offline installer is. The first type is for people using Java, and the second type is for people wanting to program in Java.
