i just recieved my msi ex 625 laptop today and when i loaded it up i had to use my mouse from my desktop because the laptop’s touch pad isn’t working at all. i went to msi driver page and it says the touch pads driver is provided in the OS. so there’s nothing for me to download. what should i do? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
no, when i went to msi’s website they listed the drivers and for the touch pad it said it comes with the OS. there was no link for a download.

I don’t know but there may be a little oval near the top that slides left and right. try moving that to the other direction.

I highly doubt that the touchpad drivers come installed with the operating system. Look around for it on the manufacturer’s website.
